Troubleshooting - Tips for Editing Profile

We are aware that in the launch of a website there can be issues that will need to be addressed.  Please be assured that we have been working to streamline your experience as you create your profile.  As this is a very new system, we are working to remove any initial glitches, and we apologize for any incovenience this might cause you. 


  • Please click ‘Fellows Login’ located at the top-right of the page on
  • If you are using an iPad the login button comes up in the menu that you access via the menu icon that is located in the upper left side of the screen. Once you press that it brings up the items that typically are in the banner across the top of the screen on the computer.
  • Enter your login credentials.
  • Your login information includes your email address, which has been entered from the initial grandparenting application and a password. Please be sure to use the same email to login as you included on that initial application for grandparenting.  
  • After logging in, click ‘Edit profile’ or follow this link to update your profile by filling in the required information in each of the tabbed sections (i.e. About, Education, Specialties, Client Focus, Treatment Approach)
  • To complete each of the tabbed pages, fill out all required fields. Required fields are designated by the asterisk (*). Among the fields that are not required is the APsaA certification date; if you do fill it out you must use the date format mm-dd-yyyy.
  • Once you have filled out all required fields in a section, go to the bottom right hand corner of the section page and click on "Next".  This should take you to the next tabbed section.  Clicking "Next" saves the information and allows you to proceed.  You cannot proceed to the next section by simply clicking on the next tab.  Once you complete all of the sections, clicking "Next" for each section, you come tot he end of the profile.  You must click "Finish" to save all of the items. You may then view your profile.
  • If retyping the password is not effective, copy and paste the password from your email.
  • If you receive any error messages, make note of them when you request assistance from admin.  
  • If you are having difficulty logging in or resetting your password, it is sometimes helpful to sign completely out of your browser, reopen it, go to our website again, and then re-attempt the login.  If this does not work, please email us at: with your assigned password and any information about the nature of the difficulty so that we may correct the problem.
