Registry Renewal

In order to maintain your certification and listing on the ABP Registry all Fellows must attest to their continued ethical standing and pay the renewal fee of $100 each year. ($150 starting September 1, 2017)  If any of the ethics questions have changed, you must provide an explanation.  

If the form below requires any updates such as license, please edit your profile before you begin the renewal process.  To edit your profile, look at the top right of the screen, to the right of "Welcome, your name".  Once you update your information, be sure to keep clicking NEXT on the bottom so you can submit your responses at the end of #5 Treatment Approaches by clicking Finish.  If you don't click all the way through, your data won't save.  Once you submit your edits to your profile, click on "registry renewal" to be brought back to this screen, then you may continue the renewal process by completing the form below.

Renewing Late?  The option of renewing online is only available for two months from your expiration date.  After that you will not be able to access your profile, and will only be able to renew by mailing in your renewal application.
